TRAININGS

Trainings

Wir legen großen Wert auf lebendige, mitreißende Trainings und Seminare, ob Online oder vor Ort. Dafür bedienen wir uns ausgiebig an “Liberating Structures” und “Training from the Back of the Room”.

We place great value on lively, engaging events, whether online or on-site. To achieve this, we make extensive use of “Liberating Structures” and “Training from the Back of the Room”.

Hybrid Project Management

Learn how to combine the best of both worlds in your projects.

Public trainings available through projektmagazin.live academy (German)

Teams and organisations are looking for the best approach to make their projects a success. The traditional waterfall approach often feels too rigid in the face of constantly changing environments, but a purely agile approach is not always sensible or possible either.

The solution is a sensible combination of both methods. In our seminar “Hybrid Project Management” you will learn which methods are suitable for which problems and how to unite the best of both worlds.

Agile & Scrum

With optional Scrum Master certification add-on.

In this training we will dive deeply into the Scrum framework. We will cover all the “rules of the game”, and also share best practices, experiences, exercises, success factors and pitfalls.
But just following the Scrum rules will not deliver great results, and may even lead to lifeless “zombie Scrum”. This is why we also learn about the origins of Agile, when to avoid Scrum and what to do instead.

The online version of X‑Flow

As an optional add-on, participants can also choose to prepare for the PSM I Scrum Master assessment, with a > 90% success rate in past trainings.

The Big Five of Agile

Public trainings available through projektmagazin.live academy (German)

Let’s go on a practical safari through the Big Five of Agile project management. We review the basics of the process models and learn about their practical application as well as their common roots in Lean Thinking and the Agile Manifesto.

Together we find out which approaches are best suited to your own project environment and put together your personal agile toolbox, according to your requirements.
